Chef Gaitskell Cleghorn Jr. also known as Chef Gates fell in love with the Culinary Arts in the 9th grade. He has worked in many restaurants over the years building a strong foundation during his culinary Career. He works in three different capacities in the culinary world, as a Culinary Director, Private Chef, and Culinary Instructor for Boston Day & Evening Academy and Fenway High School. He does possess many talents that are not culinary related. Such as dance and playing the piano, just to name a couple.
